Our Practice is supported by a Primary Care Network Team

Pharmacy technicians conduct medication/hypertension reviews.

Mental health practitioners assess people’s needs, provide advice and guidance and support access to appropriate services if required. Book an appointment if you are suffering from anxiety, stress or low mood and are not already open to mental health services.

First contact practitioners (FCP) help with neck, shoulder, back hip, knee, ankle or foot pain, sprains, strains, sports injuries, arthritis, problems with muscles, ligaments, tendons or bone, pins and needles or numbness and guidance after orthopaedic surgery.

Connects people to non-medical community-based activities, groups and services that meet practical, social and emotional needs, including specialist advice services and the arts, physical activity and nature

Helps people identify issues that affect their health and wellbeing when co-producing a personalised care and support plan
