Welcome to the Horse Fair Practice Group 

We are a 6 Doctor Training Practice operating from 3 sites:

• Sandy Lane Health Centre
• Hillsprings Surgery
• Armitage Surgery

We are committed to providing high quality care to both new and existing patients living in Rugeley, Armitage and surrounding areas.

The Practice has GP Trainees, Medical Students, Practice Nurses, Administration and Reception staff and a wider primary health care team to provide the best possible healthcare.  We have a single point access number: 01889 582244.  By dialing this number you will able to make and cancel appointments for all 3 sites, as well as access test results.

All our staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and the surgery website helps us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.
