Repeat Prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can request a repeat prescription in a number of ways.

• You can either hand in the request form on the right hand side of your prescription by either posting this into the Repeat Prescription Service box by Reception or to the Chemist of your choice who operate a collection service.
• Alternatively, you can also have your prescription posted to you by providing a stamped addressed envelope.
• You can also order repeat items on-line. To apply for this service you will need to show two forms of identification to the reception team (one of which must contain a photograph). You will then be issued with a secure pass code which will enable you to order your repeat medications via our website.

Your prescription will be available for you to collect or returned to you in TWO working days.

To avoid errors, our receptionists do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
